I have the monthly wash. It's very convenient because of my hours that I work to be able to wash my car overnight after midnight or early mornings and have a fresh wash before I even get to do anything with my day is outstanding and the availability and the convenience of where they are Central in Columbus. It's very convenient also. You can get to them from anywhere. 270/670/315/71 they're available!! I like them and I think they are a good car wash for Columbus and Central Ohio..

Stopped by on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. The wash did a great job, especially considering how dirty my car was. Matt was very helpful, and everything felt organized and efficient. Good value for the price.(Happy Blue Car) 👍🏽

I live about 15 minutes from this wash, but it’s the only one I’ll go to. I originally chose it because of the touch-less wash (my car has a ceramic coating). My car always looks nice coming out, and the premises is always clean and pleasant. I also like that the vacuum cleaners don’t smell like old cigarettes like Moo Moo always does (certainly everyone else notices that?). I also like that you don’t have to rely on an attendant, so you can go through anytime (although if there are any issues during the day, I see the guy who works here always out and about talking with customers and taking care of them; he is very nice). Definitely check this place out.

Horrible experience I came out of town from Cleveland and had a rental, tried going through the wash and everything was fine until it wasn’t. I spent $17.00 on a wash just to get a white 2018 Mercedes c300 scratched on the driver side door. Super disappointed not to mention red paint also was added onto the scratch, I’d think it was transferred from what scrapped it. I have a picture of before the car for rental views then after SmartWash. And I’ve also called several times with no answer or response back after leaving a voicemail, I would hope you guys could actually cover the damage that was caused it’s not the first time this has happened either after looking at reviews

Tesla Model Y owner. Very pleased with the outcome of wash. I always look for touchless washes that will keep car looking amazing between full detail sessions. Smart Wash delivered and Dane was awesome in making sure I had a positive experience while I was at the vacuums. I highly recommend
